The Border Knight has the op-tion of moving in one of two ways: a classical "L" and an "L" extended by one square. A knight leaving Court, attacking from Court, or moving from one Court square to another

moves in an extended "L" pattern. When entering Court, the knight moves in a classical "L" pattern. As in classical chess, the knight can leap over other pieces.
